1. Acceptance of Terms

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Solidev Store could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Solidev Store does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Solidev Store may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, Solidev Store does not make any commitment to update the materials.

6. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

7. App Downloads

Apps available through Solidev Store are provided by third-party developers. Solidev Store is not responsible for the functionality, content, or any issues arising from the use of downloaded applications.

8. APK Distribution & Third-Party Content

Solidev Store is a platform that facilitates the distribution of Android application packages (APKs) submitted by third-party developers. We do not develop, own, or control the applications listed on our platform. By downloading any APK through Solidev Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Each APK is the intellectual property of its respective developer or publisher;
• Solidev Store makes no warranty regarding the safety, security, functionality, or fitness for purpose of any third-party APK;
• You install and use downloaded APKs at your own risk;
• Solidev Store is not liable for any damage to your device, data loss, privacy breach, or any other harm arising from the installation or use of third-party APKs;
• Some APKs may require permissions on your device — you are solely responsible for reviewing and accepting those permissions;
• Re-distribution of APKs obtained through Solidev Store without the consent of the original developer is prohibited.

9. DMCA & Copyright Infringement

Solidev Store respects intellectual property rights and expects its users and app developers to do the same. If you believe that content available through Solidev Store infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to us.

To submit a DMCA takedown notice, your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information sufficient for us to locate it (e.g., the app name and URL);
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address);
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Please send DMCA notices to: admin@solidevelectrosoft.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request".

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the developer. Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

Counter-notices: If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. We will restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Solidev Store operates.
